Linksyssmartwifi AC1300 Setup: A Quick Guide 2025

If you are an existing user of Linksys and want to set it up, this guide will help you setup the device smoothly. Here, we will cover quick steps for Linksyssmartwifi setup (AC1300), for you to enjoy a seamless internet experience in no time. Let’s start:

Get Started

1. Position router at the mid location in the home.
2. Use Ethernet cable to connect the router to the modem.
3. Use power adapter to turn on the Velop router.

When the router starts properly, configure it by using the web interface or Application.

Through Web Interface

1. First, connect computer device to the Velop router.
2. To connect the device, use an Ethernet cable or default network name.
3. Go to the updated web browser on the computer.
4. Type linksyssmartwifi.com or IP 192.168.1.1 into the address bar.
5. A Linksys router login page will open; enter the default login credentials here.
6. (See default Login credentials on the Sticker present on the router.)
7. When you complete the Linksys router login process, enter the web interface of the AC1300 router interface.
8. Here follow the onscreen instructions to complete the Linksyssmartwifi setup.
